At present, with the increasing aperture of astronomical telescopes, the resolution requirements of astronomical spectrographs are getting higher and higher, and the requirements of the area of the ladder grating and the accuracy of the grating marking machine are also getting higher and higher.
The grating marking machine consists of a marking system and a indexing system. The carving grating is a parallel and periodic embossed structure, which is extruded and polished by the diamond cutter on the aluminum film of the grating base under the coordinated movement of the two systems of the carving machine. The three-dimensional model of double tie rod structure marking system is mainly composed of constant speed CAM, lower push rod, tension spring, adjusting knob, pendulum rod, upper push rod, double tie rod system, saddle slider, glass guide rail and tool bridge base, etc. The constant speed CAM is connected with the marking motor, and the lower push rod converts the rotating motion of the motor into the reciprocating linear uniform motion of the lower push rod under the action of the constant speed CAM and the tension spring, and then drives the upper push rod to move, and the upper push rod is connected with the saddle-shaped slider through the pull rod structure, and drives the tool holder mounted on the saddle-shaped slider to move uniformly along the quartz guide rail. By adjusting the position of the knob, the travel of the upper push rod can be changed, and then the grating with different grooving lengths can be carved. The design index of the marking machine is to carve a large area of the ladder grating, the design index of the marking system is: the length of the groove is 400mm, and the accuracy of the marking system is 5 ~ 10 nm in the indexing direction.
